The shop was clean and tidy, and the beauty consultant inside was very nice. She proactively offered to let me try the products. Although I told her I needed to think about it and couldn't buy anything, she still kindly let me know her name and that I should come back to her if I needed anything.
The service was excellent; they were attentive and friendly.
D Sale is pretty good, and the goods are easy to find.
The staff are friendly and polite
One or two service staff members didn't know how to use the product and even argued with and questioned the customer. I wasn't that angry until I asked them. Their lack of professionalism and poor attitude made me not want to go back.
