Disclaimer: I usually go to a second hairstylist because I was in a rush. The hairstylist doesn't listen to what you say. Even though I said I wanted it thicker, he said it wouldn't look good, and that he wouldn't change the volume too much. In the end, it was cut very thin, more than half of my hair was gone. The bangs were also poorly cut, he didn't ask about the length, and the cut was very blunt. The hairstylist was completely unprofessional. Be careful! He kept complaining to me, talking about his personal things, completely ignoring what I wanted. He acted entirely on his own and clearly didn't know how to cut hair. I was extremely disappointed. After the haircut, I lost all confidence. It really looked awful. I was totally screwed over! It completely ruined the haircut I got from my second hairstylist!

It was just a random visit on a weekend and a haircut long overdue. Walk in price is reasonable for less than HKD 200 for wash & cut. The ambience was comfortable and clean, the hair wash was enjoyable. It’s a neighbourly salon and as usual the stylist will consult your preference. Kim Luk - 55076190 off every Friday Kim was my stylist for the day, I request to have a slightly bob cut with a shorter back and a longer fringe for the extra edginess. He also counter proposed having some layering on the under layer so my hair won’t look to flat on the back and top. Overall it was a pleasant experience. And I like the finishing.
It was all Tony's fault! Telling him what to cut was useless; he just cut my hair without asking! You guys don't even need to ask customers what to cut! What a waste, so stupid!
