Dr. Lam was incredibly patient in answering all my questions about the filler treatment. She was gentle and nice throughout the entire procedure. I felt completely safe and loved how stress-free the experience was.
The location is very convenient, behind Times Square. The clinic environment is very comfortable, with a modern yet elegant decor. The staff are friendly and polite! Most importantly, Dr. Lin at the clinic is kind and friendly, very patient, and carefully analyzes each patient's situation. He is also very professional during treatments, and there is constant communication throughout the process. He also provides the necessary ointment after each treatment. I've already had two laser treatments, and after each one, my skin feels brighter than before, and the spots have faded significantly. Dr. Lin is very precise in treating the more severe spots near my eyes, which makes me feel very reassured. So far, I am very satisfied and confident with the doctor and clinic!

I have had wonderful results each time I visit Dr. May's Clinic for many years, I have almost gotten the best results from head to almost toe on improving my facial problem and down to my waist slimming, Dr. May is very patient, and gives the best results each time, my latest improvement I had done 6 times till now before writing my review is my losing hair problem due to bad coloring on my hair on a hair salon which leaves me losing my hair and becomes thin, and gave me a lot of stress. That was almost 15 years ago, leaving me to wear a hat, I tried all kinds of shampoo, etc, etc, and was scared to go for a hair implant which people suggest, and was pretty scary seeing people going and getting it done plus the downtime period. Dr. May Clinic recommended I try out this course of hair treatment and explain the procedure and the recovery process. I went and the staff of the clinic was helpful, The first treatment I was not really with high hopes, thinking my scalp was never to regrow again and I was destined to deal with that for the rest of my life. For the treatment I have to not wash my hair for two days, so the day came I washed my hair, still can feel a bit warm on the scalp, nothing much, but after drying my hair I feel a bit itchy, to my surprise I thought I had dandruff falling off, but it's not, it my scalp dead skin that is falling out , like a thin baby powder dust, this is what I know later is the dead skin that has been blocking the hair follicles to grow has been removed, wow the following time I did my third round I can see thin baby's hair covering the entire crown of my head, not only that other parts of my hair feel even thicker, Now I did my 6 sections in a month or so, then I asked my family to check, they said used to be baby's hair, now they are growing longer, I am still going back to continue, Before rounding up the review, the procedure is bearable, once after the first treatment your brain memory will know the feeling of expectations, and the staff each time will look closely into it on the development.
