Excellent, relaxing service and experience with Jennifer. Scalp observation and diagnosis were thorough. Good products used throughout, including a stimulating one which gave a great cool-down, chilling effect (better than mint), which was awesome for the outside heat!

A perfect spot for a quick, rejuvenating hair wash. The location is incredibly convenient, making it an ideal pitstop for a busy day when you just need a quick rest and some pampering. My therapist, Jennifer, was absolutely wonderful. She showed incredible attention to detail throughout the service, and her head massage was amazingly comfortable and relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended for a premium, efficient escape!
Took my 10-year-old to Arcana for a deep cleansing hair spa to tackle tween scalp buildup, and it was fantastic! Our stylist, Jennifer, was professional, gentle, and made my child feel completely comfortable. Their private room provided a calm, quiet environment where my child could relax and enjoy the head massage without distractions. The treatment left their hair incredibly shiny, light, and perfectly clean. Highly recommended!!!
