41 條They don’t care about your time. I called them to take appointment, they say no appointment, first come will serve first. So I reached at 10:45 but dr was not there, when I reached there no one was there. Dr came at around 12:30 at clinic and surprisingly our turn was not first. When I talked to receptionist she said other people come here and book the appointment so they will be serve first. So 1) Even clinic open time is 9am, Dr come at 12:30(clearly he don’t care about your time, if he wants to come at 12:30pm why clinic time is 9 am?) 2) Call appointment is not valid, but you can take appointments physically and can go home. (Here also they don’t care about your time)
I tried calling the clinic at 10 am to register, but when the doctor returned, I had to queue again and wait until 3 or 4 pm to see the doctor. After getting the medicine, I didn't get there until almost 5 pm. The doctor was slow to see patients and very slow to dispense medicine. The only medicine prescribed was antibiotics. When I brought my child to see the doctor, they didn't tell me in advance that I needed to take antibiotics. I only found out when I got the medicine and they didn't tell me what was wrong. Although the doctor was very talkative and polite and would coax the child, this operation was really inefficient. I understand that seeing a doctor requires waiting. I have waited two or three hours to see a doctor before, but I never thought I would wait five or six hours. If the child is young and can't sit still, please don't bring them. It's hard on the child and hard on the parents. The clinic is very small and not well ventilated. There are so many patients that you have to wait until you get out of the door. Even if you're not sick, you'll feel sick. Many adults or children come to see this doctor. I don't mind the wait. If you want to see a doctor, please set aside a day for your visit.
he is good dr, every step he taken with patient are … good cos they are babies. consulted him more then 16 years.
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Tang since she was little. Whenever she refuses to take her medicine, Dr. Tang is there to help. He provides candy and stickers. He prescribes medication according to the situation. He prescribes a comprehensive range of medications, including some special drugs. In the early stages of the illness, the bacteria are very aggressive, so he uses special drugs to help stop them. Once the condition is under control, she doesn't need to take the medication anymore; regular medication is fine. Each time, one or two doses are enough to make her feel 70-80% better. He keeps the medication at home as a makeshift medicine for her.
Dr. Tang is very professional and patient. He's also very patient with children. I came to queue up for a checkup as soon as I got off the plane. The injection and antibiotics cost $1350. My child has recovered after 5 days of medication. It was worth the money. I was recommended by a friend.
