A truly exceptional doctor in Hong Kong! He's empathetic, genuinely cares about patients, listens patiently, and explains things clearly. The nurses and reception staff are also incredibly friendly. He absolutely deserves stars!! (New cases require in-person appointments and queuing.)
Dr. Yuen listens patiently to patients' conditions and explains things carefully. It's rare to find such an empathetic doctor. His fees are very reasonable. Although he's a village doctor, he's more professional and attentive than many specialists who charge exorbitant fees. There's a long waiting list; early appointments are necessary.
Mom doesn't know how to use Google Reviews, so I'm leaving a comment on her behalf. The doctor is meticulous and patient. Mom used to go to the GP in the shopping mall area, but this time she had the flu here. The doctor prescribed the flu medication, and it was even cheaper than Dr. Wong Wai Hong in the shopping mall area for colds and flu. None of the doctors in the shopping mall area can compare to Dr. Ruan. Now, whenever Mom knows I'm not feeling well, she tells me to come here to see Dr. Ruan.
