Dr. Wu is very kind and attentive in examining patients, and the medications are very effective. However, many of the young women at the clinic are quite rude. Several times, I've seen patients who were very polite in asking questions, only to be rudely ordered around by the young women.

I have an upper respiratory infection, and the doctor prescribed three days' worth of medication. However, he also prescribed antibiotics. A normal course of antibiotics should take at least five days, but he only prescribed three days. I called some girls to ask, but they didn't even bother to check with the doctor for me; they just dismissed me, saying that normal medication should be taken for three days, haha, so that's fine.
Dr. Ng provided a concise, easy to understand diagnosis and was an excellent and friendly doctor in general. I had some food poisoning prior to a trip but Dr. Ng put my worries to ease with useful information and a comprehensive regiment of meds. Highly recommended!
