The vaccination plan provided by Medtime could help parents to save the time and provide a better protection to children.
The medical center is new and fully equipped. You can book appointments for tests instantly by phone, which is time-saving and convenient. Plus, the young woman there was very attentive and caring towards patients' feelings – I really appreciated her!
The behaviour of a female staff at the Tsuen Wan Townhall PCR testing center on Tuesday 28 February 8.30am is unacceptable. She continued having private conversation with other staff members throughout, entering incorrect details and did not acknowledge anyone (me and others) being served at her counter.
I went to Tsim Sha Tsui for a physical checkup. The receptionist, Geni Liu, was so rude and had a terrible attitude. It's worth the money! I emailed the company to complain, but no one responded! If you don't want to be irritated, don't go.
