I was having some very bad itchy skin rashes while visiting family in Hong Kong. Out of a desperate attempt I visited Dr. Cheung's office as a walk-in after comparing different reviews, hoping to get a solution for my skin problem. I am glad that I trust my gut. Contrary to some of the online reviews, the nurses of Dr. Cheung's office were very friendly and accommodating after I told her my situation. I was lucky and got to see Dr. Cheung and after careful examination, he prescribed a steroid cream for me and the rashes were a lot better after 2-3 days. I'm writing this review to express my gratitude to Dr. Cheung and his staffs.
I've been following Dr. Zhang for almost ten years. His medical skills are superb, and most importantly, he's very meticulous and attentive in his approach to patient care.
First of all, I must commend the young lady for her politeness. When I asked if they offered snake needle therapy, she explained in detail who it was suitable for and the price, without constantly pushing sales. This time, I came for a scalp examination. Dr. Zhang was very gentle and patient, explaining the causes of my condition and the possible treatments, which put my mind at ease. Thank you, Dr. Zhang and the young lady.
Personal experience~ I was extremely reluctant to see this doctor, and they even said I should go back to them if I didn't get better. What does that mean? I will never see them again and I will not recommend them! Even a general practitioner will try their best to answer patients' questions, but this so-called specialist just kept saying "I don't know"! Can you imagine what kind of doctor he is?
Poor technique; the wart treatment was worse than no treatment at all. They filled out the insurance form incorrectly, and once the error was discovered, they said it couldn't be corrected after leaving the clinic, making it impossible to claim insurance. The clinic was already extremely expensive; it's the worst of the worst, and I highly discourage using it.
