Beware of this woman. Very rude ,impolite woman without manner.
COVID tested positive on a Sunday. Went here because it was the only clinic which opens. When I went in there was only a woman waiting. I was asked to wait outside since I was a COVID patient which was reasonable. While I was waiting, I saw a gentleman taking photo of the opening hours shown on the door of the clinic. Then he made a phone call asking somebody to come immediately to see the doctor. After 10 minutes waiting, 2 to 3 patients were invited to see the doctor on and off. Then I saw an elderly went inside with the gentleman previously. More waiting. I fell a bit dizziness so I leaned on the clinic's glass exterior. More dizziness. I couldn't help but went inside slowly to find a seat to lean on. Before I sat down the nurse & I made eye contact. I also heard that the gentleman with his mother I assume were sitting waiting for medication already as that was what the gentleman said in the phone just now. The seat was low so I made myself comfortable by extending my legs out. After a few gasps I passed out. I think it was just a brief moment. I woke up realizing I was in the clinic. Not sure if passing out was common to the nurse or even the patients sitting around. Nobody approached me but some confused stares from patients sitting neraby. I sat for a few minutes to get myself together. I stood up & asked the nurse to call ambulance for me as I was worried. Nurse called. Then what I perceived was she went to tell the doctor, Li Kong Yu, and doctor replied that he would come to see me after seeing 1 more patient. Another 5-10 minutes waiting, medical personnels came & took me. Thank you very much for putting me into a special queue which takes extra longer time. Also thank you the seat which was the only medical care I got from the clinic.
I was having a bad cough for almost a month plus. I was explaining when it started and medication i have been taking, the doctor stops me abruptly saying "Stop, Stop ,Stop! I dont need to know your history, i want to know now today!" I felt offended and embaress as his voice were loud as the door was slightly ajar as other patients can hear his voice. I didnt came and paid the consultation fees of HKD430 for his rudeness but however the nurses was helpful. I suggest the doctor should look into his soft skills towards his patients in an orderly professional manner.
Wrong opening hours on official website
Nurse’s attitude is okay but the doctor’s attitude is a bit rude and rush to ask questions. Maybe there maybe too many patients waiting for the services.
