The store has a nice range of products you can try out. The staff are friendly and know their stuff well and there’s no pressure to buy anything. They give you plenty of time to decide what you really want. Parking downstairs (Kwai Chung store) and nearby is a plus.

I visited the shop a year ago, looking for a wheelchair for my in-law. It was a great experience having served by Mr Chong. After finding out my need - a wheelchair which I would often carry around in my 7-seater - Mr Chong patiently showed me the different models and explained to me their pros and cons. I visited the shop again a week ago, looking for a commode chair and a bed for my 99-year-old in-law. Mr. Chong was out of office this time. Instead, I was greeted and served by his colleague, Mr Wong. He is equally competent and compassionate in serving me, as Mr Chong did. I guess no one would like to visit medical shops of this kind, but this is one that you should go for, if you do have such a need, for one reason or another!
My Visit to Living Health medical supplies has been remarkable. Ken and William have been very helpful and a one-stop solution for my medical supplies and wheelchair. I'd highly encourage everyone to visit them as their services were purely from the heart.
