Quite disappointing. I chose this hair salon for the first time after reading the high Google ratings. I visited several times, but each time the owner told me I would need to wait 2.5 to 3 hours, so I left. It also seems that customers who are familiar with the owner may have a shorter waiting time. Eventually, I decided to take a ticket and wait, but the outcome was very disappointing. I had long hair and wanted to change to a shorter style. The haircut took about 15 minutes and felt rushed. The left and right sides were uneven, and the final length was shorter than what I had discussed with the owner. Because my hair is now too short, it curls outward, making it difficult to manage on a daily basis. More importantly, people commented that I looked about 10 years OLDER after the cut due to the old-fashioned style, which made me feel sad. Overall, I do not think the long waiting time and higher cost compared to other fast-cut options were worth it. I will be looking for another stylist long-term.
