Amazing experience
Excellent salon that I’ve been going for over 10 years
2018 Review: Very satisfied with the haircut; all the staff were very professional and friendly. May 2021 Review: Recently, the stylist told me that he will no longer straighten hair for customers. I later learned that they will only straighten hair for regular customers from now on. So, a loyal customer like me, is no longer considered a regular customer. Being let go by the shop feels terrible and very upsetting. I've had my hair straightened here about four times. Twice, some sections were missed; the hair at my forehead wasn't straightened. So I'm a new customer. No wonder the owner never said a word when straightening my hair. This is the last time. I waited for them for a total of 4.5 hours, the air conditioning was freezing, and no one did my hair. I feel extremely disappointed and will never go again (this time, there were also some small clumps of hair at my forehead that weren't straightened).
Disappointing! The hairstylist had a black face the whole time, didn't ask how I wanted the haircut done, and just started cutting. It looked like I was about to get bitten by a dog! A quick haircut would definitely be more professional and thorough than that!
