I've been seeing Dr. Wong for over a year now, and he's one of the best doctors I've ever met. He's incredibly professional, doesn't ask for my credentials, and his attitude is truly rare. The nurses are also very attentive, and most importantly, patient. They explain things in detail and even ask about my symptoms and offer helpful advice.
Previously, my daughter needed to see a doctor nearby on short notice, and considering the varying reviews of doctors in Tsuen Wan, we tried Dr. Wong. He was incredibly patient during consultations. Once, my daughter accidentally dropped some medication and doctor's papers after going out. When we went back to Dr. Wong to get the medication and papers back, we were happy to pay him back, but the nurses said it wasn't necessary. Now, my wife and I see Dr. Wong. He is very patient in explaining symptoms, and the nurses are very polite and patient in instructing patients on how to take their medication. I don't write many Google reviews, but I felt I should leave one, as it might help others.
Very nice doctor. Took time to listen to me. Gave very good explanations. Unfortunately, the medication was only for 3 days, which was not enough to cure the blocked nose.
Both doctor and nurse are nice. Even only get a common cold, the doctor asked my condition in detail and teach me some ways to relieve pharyngitis, which unlike other chain clinic. The price is also reasonable.
