I went to the Tsuen Wan branch to do PDRN and had a good experience overall. The sisters who helped me were all very nice and polite.

Beautician Miyuki chatted with me during my facials, making the experience less boring and always keeping me entertained 🤣 Body therapist Sister Yu explained the acupoints and their effects during massages, and even asked where I felt uncomfortable, suggesting I press certain acupoints a little more 😍 Manager Marcus recommended suitable treatments for me. I hadn't been getting facials often before, but my skin is different now, and I hadn't liked some of the previous treatments. I also mentioned I was afraid of pain, and he always helped me switch to more suitable treatments. I could confidently tell him any requests I had 🤣 They're all so nice! The staff at the Yuen Long branch were friendly and polite, especially Marcus, who always greeted customers with a smile, offered professional beauty advice, and was attentive to customer needs. Miyuki's beauty techniques were skillful and professional, and Sister Yu's massage techniques were excellent, helping to relieve aches and pains. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service at the Yuen Long branch and felt very welcome!
