Really nice fragrances but a lady that smelled like cheap skincare products and strawberry perfumes from temu started shouting at me 10 cm from my face that I can’t try perfumes because it smells outside the shop and I will get thrown out because it will get in peoples eyes even tho I sprayed against a wall😕
They claimed most items were in stock and offered super-fast shipping. However, the website didn't list any products requiring pre-ordering. After paying and waiting several days, I still hadn't received any shipping notification. Apparently, they never communicate with customers about ordering. Furthermore, WhatsApp replies were entirely AI-generated. After several days, no one replied to messages; customers had to call and ask for a reply via message. This is absurd; I've never seen such a poor customer service process. Regarding orders, they stated a 7-14 day wait time, which is fine, but almost a month has passed and it still hasn't arrived. They don't proactively tell you about delays unless you ask, and even when you do ask, they don't answer, only replying with "I'll check with the company for you" and then nothing more. The next day, I asked again about the situation, and the final reply was "No news of arrival." I was forced to wait for a whole month, with absolutely no communication whatsoever. They couldn't even provide basic retail or order services. Finally, they offered to exchange the item, which was ridiculous. I chose the same product at the same price. But the clerk said I needed to pay the difference because the discount had expired, even though I checked myself and found that if I ordered the same product online normally, I would still get the same discount. It felt like the merchant was incredibly dishonest, requiring the customer to verify everything themselves. I had to post screenshots before they said they could exchange it for me??? Even the shipping time was delayed. After all that trouble, they finally gave me a customer service code, but it took three days for a courier to pick it up. I completely don't understand what's going on with this company. The experience was terrible, and I will never patronize them again.
Don't patronize this place, it's a total rip-off! I ordered online and went to pick it up, only to be given something that expires in five months, and they even asked if I needed more! (They even asked if it was for their own use or someone else's?) (They're clearing out old stock and still charging me the original price!) (And the packaging was so dusty!) They have absolutely no respect for their customers! After that, I decided not to buy it and waited two weeks! Completely no response. WhatsApp replies are all automated. No real human replies. And it's still not in stock.
I'm so happy today! I went to the Tsuen Wan store and bought the Resveratrol Silicone Needle Mask and the Hydrating Gel. The staff were very helpful and explained the products in great detail, so I bought them to try. I used them once tonight and they felt amazing, my skin is so radiant! I'll continue using them! ☺️👍
