I've been working here for 3 years, getting both massages and facials. The staff are friendly, and the consultants aren't overly pushy; they don't try to sell you anything, so you can buy things comfortably. The beauticians' skills are good, and their needle extractions are thorough, using forceps to extract the needles without causing pain. The massage therapists are also very gentle; I can tolerate a lot of pressure, and they don't massage me as much as many other therapists. I've been very satisfied for so many years.
