I recently had a facial at the Tsuen Wan branch. The manager, beauticians, and receptionists all provided excellent and attentive service.
The Tsuen Wan branch has a clean and comfortable environment, the beauticians are skilled, and the beauty consultants introduce treatments based on the customer's skin condition without any hard selling, which is very considerate.
Visited the Tsuen Wan Slimming Clinic today! The environment was comfortable, elegant, and clean! The treatments recommended by the beauty consultant were perfect for me! I especially want to commend the esthetician's skillful hand massage techniques—these are rare to find these days! I truly enjoyed a luxurious beauty experience today! Already booked for next week! 😄
The salesperson's attitude was terrible. When you didn't have money, they gave you a really bad look. Even after you left, their attitude was still awful. They just told you to pay up. It was ridiculous. I went for a breast augmentation treatment at a trial price, but it wasn't actually done with a machine. Luckily, the therapist was alright and explained things properly. But the salespeople... And I want to mention, their WhatsApp name was the second one... Then this salesperson started talking about their shop's 20th anniversary and kept trying to sell me on 20th-anniversary discounts and employee rates. The problem is, I forgot to bring my Octopus card, and then I didn't have any money to pay, so I had to call my family to deposit some. The sales staff kept staring at me, and then someone was talking about me like I was being difficult... their attitude was terrible. They even said things like, "That woman is so fussy..." before I even paid. Then, after I paid, they asked the second clerk, "Did you receive it?"... And then, in the end, they kept trying to sell me things, saying things like "10,000 dollars" or "employee price." Why were you treating me so badly if you were trying to sell me something? Question mark.
