Two female therapists used a magnetic fork with ginger oil to help loosen my muscles and reduce dampness. The ginger oil was quite spicy, so I discussed it with the therapists and they switched to a milder oil. The massage lasted a full 45 minutes. The therapists' techniques were very professional, and I could feel the increased blood flow during the process. Finally, they used a ginger heat pack on my shoulder, which was incredibly comfortable. After the treatment, I felt completely relaxed. 最近天氣陰晴不定，我水腫嘅情況越嚟越嚴重個人成日昏昏沉沉咁覺得很累。同事知道咗就介紹我到他的私房養生館做按摩。 我最初都半信半疑，平時去做按摩當時當然舒服，但係轉個頭有一樣攰返。 按他給我的地址，見到到處都是買蔬菜水果，一不能留神就錯過了，回轉頭才發現同事介紹的這間養生館真的很隱蔽，就藏在水果店旁的樓梯上。雖然在水果店旁邊要上樓梯，但是樓梯環境也很整潔。 老闆娘很友善，知道我第一次到嚟他向我仔細介紹這兒不是一般的按摩館，這是一個以調理疏通經絡達致養生的保健店。 大致上分頭部、肩頸、腰肚及腿部四大部份， 每部份大約45分鐘，我肩頸痛，老闆娘建議可以嘗試了做身體先，喜歡的話下次再來。完全不會強行推銷。 房間少少的，卻也舒適雅致，溫度亦不會過低。 躺下先來一組有如泰式拉筋的腿部放鬆動作。然後再用磁叉先在腳上的數個穴位按壓數秒開穴，之後再以𥔵叉配合手部按摩深層疏通經絡，遇到有阻塞的位置老闆娘更會作出提醒叫我自己要多些關注相應的身體情況，非常貼心。過程比通淋巴少一些痛楚，只會在阻塞的位置或者穴位有少許㾓痛，按完後感到雙腳輕鬆很多小腿繃緊的肌肉亦都放鬆了。 按摩完休息好到大廳，還有藥療湯水及水果，短短的時間卻給予我大大的回復。

I felt very relaxed afterward, and they chatted with me about the price. There was no hard selling or hidden charges, so you can definitely try it out. I especially recommend trying the massage! 💁🏻♀️

She also knew my hands and feet are always cold 🥶, indicating poor blood circulation and excessive dampness. She applied a ginger compress, instantly warming me up.
