Actually, my first experience there was pretty good. The environment and music were quite immersive, and the space was very large. Unlike other beauty salons, there was no hard selling, which made me very happy. Candy, who did my facial, was someone I specifically requested to do, and she was very attentive! Also, I almost forgot to bring my finger ring back, and she picked it up and brought it out for me!
The address is easy to find, it's next to the Bank of China. I usually come here after work when I have time. Yuki is very thoughtful and always arranges the time for me in advance. Every time I come in, I feel so comfortable that I fall asleep. I love Karna and Nana's hand gestures. My face feels clean and my body feels relaxed after the treatment. The two managers, Yannie and Cindy, are very professional and don't try to sell me anything. I highly recommend it!
I saw a trial offer online and bravely went to try their first-ever facial and body treatment, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! First of all, I really appreciated the unique design of their branch 👍 The staff were incredibly nice. Nana, the masseuse who did my massage, had excellent technique and knew which areas were particularly sore because of my job requiring long hours of sitting 👍 She tried her best to relieve my pain points 😆 Beauty therapist Karna was also very attentive; she cleaned away the blackheads on my nose that I had quite a few. The neck and shoulder massage was also fantastic 🥰 (it's rare to find a facial that includes neck and shoulder treatments). **Important:** I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me anything during the process; they completely understood that their clients wanted to rest and relax. Finally, they provided drinks upon leaving, which was great 💓💓 Manager Cindy was very attentive throughout the process, asking if I felt uncomfortable and offering suggestions for improvement 👍 instead of immediately trying to sell me anything. But in the end, I couldn't resist and joined in too 😂 The receptionist, Yuki, was also very polite 😊
Today I tried the Spa + Herbal Ball Massage + Facial at the Tsuen Wan branch 😊 From inquiring/booking to being reminded of the booking the day before… the receptionist Yuki was incredibly helpful! Manager Yannie first helped me choose bath salts and massage oil, and briefly inquired about my massage and facial preferences… Originally, the treatment was a herbal ball massage, but this time she specially changed it to a full-body massage and explained the process in detail! ♨️Lavender Spa: I didn't expect to find a spa in Hong Kong! I worked up a sweat, and it was so relaxing! 🧤Massage therapist Nana was very attentive, frequently asking if the pressure was okay, and which areas on my left side were tired. She then targeted the areas that were tired! The acupressure points were very accurate, and the pressure was just right! The environment was quiet and comfortable, so I even fell asleep during the massage! After the massage, I felt completely refreshed; my back and waist were so much less tight, and my whole body felt relaxed! 💆♀️Beauty therapist Candy is so professional! After understanding my daily routine, she not only explained my skin problems and each step of today's facial in detail, but also gave me advice on skincare at home!
