A very disappointing experience. The stylist got distracted multiple times during the process to tend to another customer, then she came back and continued her work, which apparently caused an obvious asymmetry in my bangs. I had to point it out to her to fix it. The resultant work is surely substandard for a 300+ HKD charge. The hygiene was poorly maintained. The towels STANK. Like literally stank a lot. The smell stayed on the hair and definitely it’s not pleasant. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

Absolutely jaw-dropping. As a person who has went to multiple hair salons in the past and got hairstyling for different events which needed curls, I have never seen such a success in holding the curls for HOURS, from 4pm to 11pm with extremely minimal loosening (which is normal). The stylist was caring and understood my concerns of the high heat from the curling iron and was cautious, and styled professionally with precise definition of my original layered hair along with curls, adding volume and lush. Amazing experience for the price and a must visit!!
