This health check center is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from Sha Tin Station, and the center itself is clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing clear explanations, especially the receptionist, whose warm smile made for a pleasant experience!

My family and I bought a health check package online and finally chose the Sha Tin branch. The place was very comfortable. Although it was a Saturday, it was quite crowded and the receptionist was obviously very busy. When we checked in, she patiently explained the health check process and even reminded us to drink plenty of water at length. 🤣 If it weren't for the ultrasound, I would have been happy. I'm usually very afraid of blood draws, but the girl who did it this time was very gentle and told me to relax. I just kept going. 🥰 Overall, I felt great. 👍🏻 My parents both said they would come back here next time.
I have been doing bodycheck in Mobile for four years in Kwun Tong, Causewaybay, etc. and I have to say, I have a bad experience in Shatin center. As other reviews say, the receptionist’s attitude is not good. I drank two cups of water two hours before I arrived the center and asked whether I could do B-scan ultrasonography as my first step since I felt I had enough water and needed toilet soon. They refused me and said I need to drink more and wait. Then I did blood test, heart test etc and I requested again that I had to do B-scan first. They still told me there were two people in front of me and I needed to wait. Meanwhile, I felt my bladder hurt…it was still not my turn… Then I had to go to toilet first and came back queued again…my bladder kept hurt for the whole day. I was so upset because I have told the staff I do need to do B-scan first. If the staff listened and let me do B-scan a little bit earlier, it would not happen. I probably will not choose Mobile next year, or at least not Shatin Branch.
