I visited this branch to purchase a product using a gift card and an education discount. I was informed by multiple staff members that combining these two methods of payment was impossible, both in-store and online. This information is incorrect; Apple's online store fully supports combining gift cards with education pricing. I had to return to the store to process a refund due to this misinformation. The experience was extremely stressful.
New Town Plaza Phase 1 is easily one of the most convenient and comprehensive malls in Hong Kong. It’s located directly outside Sha Tin MTR Station (Exit A), making it an excellent stopover. What I loved, Shopping Variety: Huge selection of international brands, a massive Apple Store (L4), and plenty of trendy fashion/cosmetics shops on. Dining: Endless options ranging from quick bites on the lower levels to fine dining up on Level 7. Entertainment: The Movie Town cinema on Level 1 is top-tier. Tip for visitors: It can get incredibly crowded on weekend afternoons. If you want a more relaxed shopping experience or want to skip long restaurant queues, try coming on a weekday or during off-peak hours!
This is a brilliant shopping mall. Busy, very clean, lot of shoppers! Mall is directly connected to the subway system so it is quite convenient for everyone!
- Located near the Shatin station 🚉 - It is lively, vibrant and nice. - Lots of brands, shops, restaurants etc available for pretty much everything you need. - Transportation is very convenient - Christmas is coming and you can see many shops having the Christmas vibe 🎄
Very nice and clean mall. Have so many activities for kids. Have very good atmosphere. A lot of nice restaurants. My kid love the Dino Park and Playground. They also have Snoopy World.
