I've been seeing Dr. Tsang for skin problems. He's always very attentive and professional, taking 5-10 minutes each time. His prices are reasonable, so I'll definitely see him again for any skin issues. However, the young woman's attitude was terrible. Asking her even a question felt like an insult, and she was very dismissive. This rude young woman seems to be a recently hired one, so I've only had her for two weeks. I hope Dr. Tsang fires her soon! 😤
I had skin infection, Dr. Tsang and his nursing team treated me well. Thank you. Although the wait time was long and quite expensive, but it’s worth it.
I thank the doctor who treated me well, I no longer have any after-effects today, a truly good doctor, I recommend him to you.
Booked an appointment for 10:00AM on a Saturday. When I went in, they told me to come back at 11:00AM, so I did. I waited in the waiting room until 12:30PM, at which point I decided to just cancel the appointment. I did not manage to see the doctor. I would have preferred that they had been honest up-front and told me that they had no available appointments that day, instead of wasting two-and-a-half hours of my time.
