This company is terrible. They did not listen to what I explained over the phone and booked me twice to see a doctor. This is even after I had already told them that I had a referral letter already. They wasted my time, my money and my patience. Do not come here. Ever.
I visited Dr. Chan Loi Yuen for the first time today, and I was very impressed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend this practice!

Long queueing time. I arrived early and still had to wait for a whole hour for my turn.
This is my go to clinic as I live in Sha Tin area. For most part they are timely, can always get someone on the phone and are polite.
