Last year, a family member visiting Hong Kong from the United States suspected they had psoriasis. They were very worried and had consulted other dermatologists without a correct diagnosis. Fortunately, they were able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Chan, who made a correct diagnosis and explained the condition to them carefully. The family learned that it was just a common dermatitis and how to prevent it... The whole family was very grateful for Dr. Chan's help.
Dr. Chen is very professional and meticulous. With an appointment, there was absolutely no waiting. The consultation was anything but leisurely. I had a few skin problems to ask the doctor, and he was very kind, explaining the causes and medications for each one in detail. He answered all my questions in a simple and clear way. The nurse was also friendly and quick. However, it was really difficult to get an appointment because Dr. Chen was fully booked until 2026. Luckily, I managed to get one at the last minute. Follow-up review: I'm already feeling better!
