The administration is extremely chaotic; all the good beauticians have left, leaving only newbies/those with poor attitudes/incompetent skills. Consultants are dismissive of complaints, and oversight is lax. I strongly advise against buying any more plans. I've been doing this for three years and am so angry I'm switching again! Don't recommend! Bad attitude and poor management!
