I had my first facial here recommended by a friend. The aesthetician was excellent — she explained each step clearly and even gave me post-treatment skincare tips afterward. There was absolutely no hard selling; she simply suggested I consider packages only if needed. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommended!
I came across an online promotion and decided to give it a try. From the moment I called to make a booking, the receptionist was very attentive and explained the promotion details clearly. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and was greeted by a manager who walked me through the treatment plan. After that, I was led to a comfortable room where a professional therapist provided a full-body massage. The entire session lasted two hours, and I was able to relax completely—time flew by so quickly! At the end, the staff recommended a treatment plan that would suit my needs and kindly suggested I consider trying something new on my next visit. I appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional products, and I was able to leave feeling relaxed and satisfied. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning!
Super hard sell and annoying staff ladies keep persuading me to buy packages. Place is small and treatment is below average.
Bad experience. Nasty selling methods during and after the treatment, you won’t find peace in this salon.
