I work near Sha Tin, and my skin has been in bad condition lately, so I was thinking of getting an M22 facial rejuvenation treatment. I happened to find a beauty salon in Sha Tin offering trial prices for facials and their equipment. The experience was great; the esthetician was very attentive, and the blackheads and whiteheads were effectively removed with the needle. After the treatment, they explained the skincare steps in detail. Most importantly, there was no hard selling; they offered both single sessions and packages to choose from. It was a good experience, and I'll definitely come back.

My therapist had no idea how to use the laser hair removal machine. She had to call her colleague. I did not feel anything during the treatment and my hair didn’t fall afterwards. (I had 5 treatments before at other salons with great results). When I reached to them to complain they did not help or apologise but said that their machine was special. That’s a lie, 808nm laser machines are all the same. Waste of money and time
