I've had several facials, and the service has always been up to standard. They sometimes suggest different treatments based on your skin condition, and I get along quite well with the beautician; we always just chat and relax.
Very hard sale every time, and the staff isn’t honest and sincere. Be careful, dont join any sale plan, or they will sell you every time you come even you already bought a plan. Kathy chow you should pay attention for your staff quality. Cwb branch is way better but still hardsale.
