I decided to spoil myself on my birthday with a massage before heading out to dinner with friends. I was so excited to be pampering myself on my special day. I booked an Aromatic Body massage for 70 mins. Unfortunately it was the WORST massage of my life (and I've had very many). Nothing felt right or good. The therapist was rough and abrupt in her hand manner. I kept waiting for something to feel good and nothing did. She didn't even do my shoulders or neck which was bizarre. Her hand massage (normally one of my favorites) was like a wet rag. After I was requested to turn over, she massaged my stomach which was weird and uncomfortable. The whole experience was just AWFUL and it's a shame as I went there once before and had a great experience. I have also bought gift vouchers for several friends but I NEVER will again. I would be happy to give further feedback if someone from the company chooses to contact me.
