Poor services. Bought the thermage therapy but can only get done after 1.5 years, and the machine was down during the therapy, did half the fave and the other half was done after another month. Bought the pico cure package of 12 times, did only 3 times because never responded to my booking messages and the system said I have done 9 times already. The therapists are not professionals neither. Totally rubbish.
I went for pigmentation treatment but after consultation doctor recommended P9 treatment, so I did my first session on that day,1st to 3rd was ok,then they start to mixed-up your booking,felt like I'm dumb telling my booking date but reception always mixed-up, I paid for 10 sessions but they did 4 only, literally robbing clients who aren't locals,such a disappointment, when I paid,I ignored the cost coz I aim for better results, but it turned out a bad experience
The therapist is very professional, the service is very good, the place is comfortable, the front desk is very polite
Went to the one in Shatin. You move from one room to the next to wait for 15 minutes at a time (40 minutes total waiting time). Very nice facility. Bit of a struggle if you speak cantonese, made me feel like I was dumb for speaking English. Snooty vibe made me feel uncomfortable. Felt judged for being bigger and needing emsculpt.
