Excellent service This place wasn’t too busy or crowded. The staff was friendly with me. First all they observed my skin. Then they suggested me facial treatment. They advised me to take care of face skin. Also suggest me face cream. Thanks you so much

Think twice before buying a package deal. They lure you in with promises of one massage session per minute. But when you finally use it, the massage they promised is barely any massage at all! Unbelievable! Don't be fooled by the number of branches; they claim it's safe and secure. No recourse for complaints; beware of being scammed.
I had a HIFU treatment done in the front row, and the results were amazing!! The shop has a great environment and a convenient location, and the staff are professional. Most importantly, unlike other beauty companies nearby that aggressively try to sell you treatments.
I am strongly dissatisfied with the attitude and policies of the Shatin branch. I blindly trusted Deputy Manager Liu's verbal promise that the service could be flexibly extended after the expiration date. However, I was then pressured to purchase additional treatments, and ultimately, we had conflicting accounts. The most absurd thing is that there is no way to file a complaint. I thought Sunflower was a relatively large and well-established company, but it turns out there is no department or dedicated personnel to handle complaints. When a conflict arises between a customer and the branch manager, the branch manager simply says that due to head office policy, they cannot handle the request. But when a customer needs to file a complaint, no one from head office is responsible; the only recourse is to complain to the person directly responsible. This is utterly ridiculous. In the end, the customer is the victim, yet has nowhere to turn for redress. Therefore, please think carefully before making a purchase from Sunflower.
