bangs were chopped poorly and layers were not done evenly. Barber said he could not help with even blow drying the layers out a bit to show them. hair wash was extremely rushed as well. made an appointment and was told to wait, did so for around 45 minutes. Disappointing.
I’m really happy with my haircut! Great quality hair cut and it all blends so well. Also great price, highly recommend
The review is based on my several past encounters at this salon which I focus in on one particular hairdresser (he’s not a stylist I would call him for. His lack of professionalism and not putting the customer first leads me to have this impression of him.) This place has many stylists working here. I have had about two good ones which they have moved to another place and two which had horrible incidents with. Salon visits are important for me either coloring or cutting. There’s no he’s ok or he’s alright. So it’s either he’s good or not to be honest. I DONT ACCEPT PEOPLE DOING HALF HALF JOB ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A HAIR STYLIST. That leads to the following review of mine—there’s a male hairdresser who had colored my hair red instead of brown and he had never apologized for what he did. Instead the coloring session prolonged into extra 1.5 hr longer than not to mention why my hair had to go through coloring twice in a day with his color mixing or prep mistake. I’ll let it pass usually but he didn’t apologize. Specific words he used were, “hair looks more red when damp.” So obviously he thought I was an idiot. The next time, I went of course didn’t ask for him again nor I saw him there. Quick color session w a gentleman with a thick black glass frame. He did a great job. I got what I needed. Few weeks passed, I saw him again and was gonna schedule a touch up session, I wanted him for the appointment, his exact words were, “you need to pay extra $50 dollars if you need to ask for a specific stylist.” :0000 So, I was stunted by the attitude of his and questioned so much on his professionalism. There’s really nothing wrong with this franchise. I have tried the one in Olympic station as well. It’s just the attitude and the capability of particular individuals which made me questioning for the service. Bad Apple. Would have given one star but I did have great session with a younger stylist but I only had my first session with him and he’s no longer there after that.
The hair stylist is horrible. His hands shake the whole time, lied to me about the price as well. DO NOT come here.
