He treated him in a way that helped his symptoms subside quickly. He also took the time to educate my son about how to take care of himself. I had a horrible episode of hives for the first time in my life and was very scared. After visiting the emergency room and being prescribed medication, the hives returned, leading me to seek a dermatologist. The dermatologist I initially wanted to see was out of town, so I turned to Dr. Cheng. Fortunately, I was able to secure a timeslot with him despite his packed schedule. Dr. Cheng examined my condition thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. He prescribed the right dosage, which relieved my symptoms and helped me recover within a day with minimal side effects. Thanks to him, I was able to resume my daily routine with minimal interruption. The follow-up visit was worthwhile, as Dr. Cheng reassured me and concluded the healing process. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Cheng. It is rare to find a doctor who is so attentive, genuine, and passionate about his job. Highly recommended! :)
