27 條Very disappointed. The service was lacking, especially the blonde woman in the medicine section. Because I didn't know what to do, I asked. My cellphone was thrown. Really disappointing.
‼️‼️‼️This is a scam!‼️‼️‼️ Don't be tempted by low consultation fees. This clinic refuses to prescribe expensive medications. They'll lie to patients, claiming they have drug allergies or that they don't have the medication in stock. They'll immediately verify this using Chatgpt. The doctor will force you to immediately put away your phone. I ended up going to a second clinic. The second clinic confirmed that I didn't have any drug allergies and agreed to prescribe the medication. I have already filed complaints with the Medical Council and ORPHF against Dr. Cheung Ni-wing and the Sik Sik Yuen Clinic.
🌟Tickets for Western medicine are distributed daily at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. On weekdays (Monday to Friday), all 25 tickets are distributed by 9:30 AM, so please arrive early to queue. 🌟The consultation fee for Western medicine is $100, but the wait time is very long because there is only one doctor. I had a ticket for the 20th of the morning and still had to wait two hours to see a doctor. If you are in a hurry, please go to another clinic. 🌟The clinic staff, nurses, and doctors are all very attentive and have a good attitude.
The girl who answered the phone was so irritable, like she had a grudge against me. What's the problem? I understand she's busy, but why is she talking so much? She was instructing people on how to make phone calls and asking patients how old they were. It felt like the patient was grabbing the phone. Girl, you're really something!
I shouldn't come again. Yesterday, I arrived before 3:30 PM hoping to see a doctor, but the registration desk was completely empty. I waited and couldn't even see ten patients. Were they deliberately messing with me (the clinic didn't open until after 2 PM)? I won't come back next time I'm not feeling well, even though I've traveled a long way to see doctors so many times before. 'The registration desk has staff shortages, their attitude towards patients is problematic, and they don't use up their appointment slots quickly 🤷🤦🙎' Even if things improve afterward, I won't patronize them again. I'm extremely angry.
