This is outrageous! I took a classmate to get a lung scan. I was charged a little over 300, but my classmate said it would cost 350 for a single doctor's certificate. What kind of ridiculous price is this? Less than a week later, I don't know if it's because so many people are asking lately, and they're raising the price to make a quick buck! The nurse was so pushy, asking for my appointment number. I said I didn't have one, so she asked for my ID. But when she saw I'd already paid over 100, her attitude completely changed. She explained that that's how much a doctor charges, and the normal price is 350. I just laughed. Addendum: There were four or five other customers there, and the female doctor's attitude was also very problematic! She told me that my colleagues also had to do blood tests and blood pressure checks, and even tried to trick me into not doing those, saying she'd charge me extra. Does she think she can just not charge me if I do those?! I insisted I only wanted the lung scan certificate, and she asked me, "Are you sure?" She's really obsessed with making money!
The girl's attitude was terrible. I called to inquire about my vaccination appointment (I asked two questions): What time of day? And is it free? The girl impatiently replied that they only have appointments in the morning. I asked what time of day I wanted to book, and she said I had to come in and wait in line. When I asked if it was free, she immediately cut my stitches. I urge everyone not to call this clinic. Even a simple phone call with this girl was incredibly rude. She even cut my stitches! The whole process took less than a minute.
Dear doctor, we've moved to the North Wing. Could you please update the facilities? It's inconvenient for patients to find their way around. We're closed on Sundays. (The door is locked.)
Staff are kind and pleasant. Saw Dr Cheong and he was good.
