I went here for gastroenteritis (a doctor was already on duty before 3 pm). I hadn't been here for several years because the two female doctors at the previous clinic were terrible, and the nurses were unattractive. However, this time I saw Dr. Ma, who was incredibly attentive and explained things clearly and thoroughly. Even the nurses who came out were very patient and detailed. Highly recommended!
Years ago, one holiday, I suspected I had caught the flu. I found this place online that offered instant flu testing, so I called to make an appointment. I already had a high fever and waited two hours before it was my turn. Because it was a holiday, I understood. When I entered the doctor's room, it was a female doctor. As soon as she saw me, she said I wasn't wearing my mask properly. "Okay, I'll put it back on," she said. I directly told her I wanted a flu test. She then forcefully jabbed a stick into my nostril. It hurt so much I screamed, and my nose started bleeding immediately. She seemed somewhat pleased and gave me a tissue. I could tell she did it on purpose; maybe because it was a holiday, she didn't want so many people seeing doctors and keeping her busy. But because I already had a high fever, I couldn't pursue the matter. After I finished seeing the doctor, the person who accompanied me kept complaining about her outside the room.
This morning at 10:30 (April 16, 2026), I went for a follow-up appointment at the Wong Tai Sin Centre branch. The whole process went very smoothly. From registration and waiting to seeing Dr. Ma, the medical staff were all polite and friendly. Dr. Ma was also very patient in explaining how I could improve my current condition, such as what I should pay attention to in terms of diet. Actually, I'm quite lazy to exercise, so they provided a simple exercise that doesn't require any equipment and can be done at home to help improve my physical condition. Unconsciously, I've been seeing doctors here for 10 months now. I met Dr. Ma through the government's chronic disease co-payment pilot program. During this time, I'm very grateful to Dr. Ma for continuously monitoring my condition. I hope that one day I can lower my diabetes index from the borderline to eliminate diabetes altogether.
I recently received two snake acupuncture injections at Dr. Ma Hanming's clinic in Wong Tai Sin Centre, and I was very satisfied with both experiences. Dr. Ma explained everything clearly and thoroughly, was extremely patient and meticulous, and his injection technique was superb. I was completely unaware that I had been injected afterward, and there was absolutely no pain.
Professional and kind service, flu shot was painless and quick, reasonable prices and attentive staff!!
