The stylist was upstairs; their straightening technique was incredibly meticulous, taking their time to create a high-quality result. The finished product was beautifully straight and smooth. I was also very satisfied with the simple trimming of the ends and the shawl. Clear and transparent pricing with no hard-sell tactics. Highly recommended! 👍
