Terrible. I booked a cut and dry appointment for 13:30. I arrived on time but the salon was clearly understaffed and they only began washing my hair at 14:50. From 15:00-16:00 I was sitting with WET HAIR in a COLD air conditioned environment. The only began cutting my hair at 16:00. Absolutely no consideration for their customers! If you are understaffed due to a public holiday, then update your appointment booking system! I booked an appointment expecting to be serviced at 13:30! Worst part is that due to the selfishness of the business they will rather make you wait with wet hair than lose a customer, because no one will walk out with wet hair right? Throughout the whole time that I was there, only two staff members were servicing 5-6 people. First you wait two hours then they wash your hair you wait with cold wet hair another hour while they are rotating between multiple customers. Then they lightly blow dry your hair, wait another 30 minutes to finish blow drying and start cutting. If you have two staff members then serve two people at a time and complete the whole process at once, that is standard procedure. If you would like to waste your time and get hypothermia please come to this salon.
I had a great haircut and will definitely keep going back! I did a perm, which Gary and his wife has lots of experience in and was able to analyse my hair type and the condition of my hair accurately. They were also super helpful and friendly when answering questions, and even applied treatment to my hair for free when it usually requires extra charge in other salons. Every step was done with care and patience which I was very grateful for.
I had a fantastic and wonderful experience at the hair salon! The hairdresser was very skilled and attentive, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Even I wasn’t sure what I want I could feel that I can trust him from the details and throughout conversations, he is a very very skills oriented person! The environment was welcoming and relaxing, making the whole experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated how patient and friendly the staff were, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this salon! Also , wanted to share I had very bad experience before with different salon and this one I will definitely come back and do my hair again ! 🩶🩶🧡
Absolutely thrilled with my hair color and the impeccable service! The salon is very tidy. They provided a comfortable environment with the thoughtful provision of water and snacks elevated my experience. Can't wait to return for more pampering!
