I grew up in Sham Shui Po district. Both female doctors there have their own strengths; they listen attentively to patients, are patient, and prescribe medication precisely. I highly recommend them.
I had a fever and cough, and Dr. Hu was very attentive and thorough in his examination. He immediately performed a rapid test, which put my mind at ease. The nurses were also very polite.

I visited due to throat discomfort and used a medical card, but the doctor only conducted a brief examination without thorough diagnosis. When I asked if they could also check some red spots on my hand, suspecting an allergy, the doctor immediately stated they could only address one issue and refused further examination. The attitude was cold and impatient, making me feel disrespected. As a patient, I expect to be treated with care, not dismissed. Medical training should prioritize patient care, but this experience fell short of professional standards. The clinic staff’s attitude was acceptable, hence the 1-star rating, but the doctor’s performance was subpar. I would advise caution when considering this clinic.
Boss Qu, I have gastroenteritis and my throat hurts from vomiting. He prescribed me anti-inflammatory painkillers, but they didn't work. On my last day at work, swallowing was painful, drinking water was even more painful, eating was even more painful, and I couldn't sleep at all. And he still charged me 600 yuan! It's driving me crazy. Of course, my main concern is the medication.
The nurse's attitude was terrible. I had COVID-19, and she gave me anti-inflammatory painkillers and stomach medicine, charging me a whopping 420 dollars! That's outrageous, a real slap in the face to nurses. Who can be a nurse these days? Don't ever go there.
