I bought a 40-session massage package for 8000 yuan (actually not cheap, 200 yuan for 45 minutes). I successfully booked 4 sessions over 4 months, but one was for paying the remaining balance 🙄 and the other 3 were cancelled 😡. The reason is that I had one before, but now I have no other masseuses 🤮. They force me to do some nonsensical facials, and even do needle extractions without a Steam machine 😱. After the needle extraction, they don't use any toner and just use the machine 😱. They rush me through 5 minutes and then apply a smelly face mask 😤. It seems like most of the staff have left 😓. My package is in danger 😭
Absolutely terrible. They kept trying to sell me treatments before I even started, telling me to "try it first." Okay, then I bought multiple freckle removal products, and they kept trying to sell me more. It's so annoying. One star is too much. Now the freckles on my face are very noticeable. Luckily, they're near my ear; otherwise, I don't know how I'd ever show my face.
I've never seen a beauty salon with hard wooden plank beds... They even started complaining if I didn't buy a package deal.
I signed up for a trial treatment, and as soon as I arrived, they told me my skin was in terrible condition and I couldn't do the trial. They wanted me to switch to a more expensive treatment, and if I didn't, they'd just tell me to leave. They wouldn't even do the most basic moisturizing and cleansing; they'd only let me do the treatment they recommended. If I didn't do that, they'd tell me to leave. Nobody wants to go for a facial and be constantly criticized, and then refuse to do the treatment they recommended if I didn't join them. In the end, I'd be left empty-handed. Or maybe I should ask, if my skin is good, why would I come for a facial? Just to be criticized by their staff?
I bought a package deal, but before I even got halfway through, they were already trying to sell me a second item. The effect was always the same; the sales assistants' techniques varied, and it was all rather unsatisfactory.
