Very Good hair cut experience and will go again.
the attitude of the staff are really bad. why bother having an attitude when we are paying for your service. plus the so called “hairstylists” don’t even listen to the customer’s demand and just do whatever style they please on their clients. i don’t understand how some people are rating this salon 5 stars, even one star is too optimistic for their service quality. all the staff should be fired cause they suck at their service and attitude
The female stylist do not have any concept on hair styling. Other than shaving the hair to skin, she has no idea how to handle the other part of the hair to make it as a completed haircut. But when i express my frustration and look for a solution, she only deny her responsibility as a stylist but blame the client. Very bad experience. Don’t come to this store.
Why just trimming the sides to no hair need to buy the expensive ticket? Ridiculous. Was just a 3minute job, honestly can't understand, never again.
Bad experience, The stylist not friendly. I did few times at Diamond Hill where is much better. Not following my instruction, just cut what they feel like to.
