姑娘態度實在太差，對一個六十幾70歲嘅老人家西口西面，等X光片又攞錯片，嘥咗成日時間，不知所謂
My son, who is four years old, has had eye sores for over two months. I was so anxious to find an ophthalmologist, thinking that it would be fine as the appointment was about to expire. After booking, I discovered that the Google rating was so low, and I was terrified that I might have been scammed. I tried to just let it go, but it turned out that wasn't the case. Dr. Chen was very attentive and answered all my questions.
Some reviews were years ago i didnt expect the service still has not improved, the attitude of the nurse is really bad 😂😂 especially the nurse whose surname is poon with glasses
Low quality healthcare - impatient/impolite nurses, doctors impatient and just want to get rid of you and take your money. Where is the compassion for patients? This clinic has it all done wrong. Avoid! The only good side is the modern and clean environment, but is ruined by poor quality staff.
