Went there last week and I was not at all happy with the result!! First of all, communicating in English was difficult and it was just a mess. I wanted some highlights and especially highlight the front pieces framing the face. So they bleached it and the result was not at all what I wanted! It was orange and yellow and the highlights just started bluntly somewhere on the hair and not fading into the rest of my hair. On request to get rid of the yellow/orange and toning it, I got no real answer and more or less pointed to the door. The cut wasn’t too bad but also not exactly what I asked for. For all that it was pretty expensive too. I do have to say that I am European and have non-asian hair but upon asking them if they could work with „western“ hair they said they could. Would not go there again!!
