The environment was nice, clean and tidy. The esthetician who did my collagen gun treatment had good technique and seemed professional. She introduced the treatments but wasn't too pushy. The price was reasonable.

I had arranged to try a laser treatment, but after paying, they said their company didn't even have a laser machine. Overall, the environment was nice, but after seeing the advertisement and confirming it beforehand, it's ridiculous to be told they don't have a laser machine. In the end, I had to get radiofrequency treatment, which is completely different. The salesperson was helpful; I believe she genuinely didn't know that the advertised services weren't available.
