BAD Will sell you to buy new beauty plan If you don't buy they will do nothing and hang you inside the room for 1 hour Spend 3 hours only for 1 treatment that I bought already and paid already for $9000 Very bad service! Cheater!!! You will regret if you join them!
Service was poor. I bought hair laser removal for underarm $333 6 session. They force me to buy another plan for whitening, luckily i declined ( bec i want to experience the service first) . After 1st session I ask why the hair were still there and the staff told me, I SUPPOSED to shave all the hair on my underarm before every treatment. What a scam! How would i see the result if I will shave off all the hair a da before the treatment?! And also after my 3rd session. The wont pick up my call or reply to my appointment reservation via whatsapp msg. Hahaha scammers! I havent continue my 4th 5th and 6th session bec they never reply to my whatsapp msg for appointment booking. So do not be deceived by this scammers.
I join the underarms laser hair removal package my package is over, now but still result is very bad. Every time I visit there I need to wait for 15, 20 min and every time asked me what I want to do? Very bad management and poor customer service for foreigners. I will not going back and not to recommend to my friends.
The place is clean, busy staff, more customers. It takes time to wait but on my experience the staff who assisted me is so friendly. Her English is not good but she talk to me nicely. And she helps mo on my treatment, very professional. The price is quite high but service is good. Thanks for the HIFU free trial. Thank you Perfect Medical Group ❤️
Just need to be firm and not get pressured with the upsell tactics at the front end. But after you've booked your treatments, the service is efficient but friendly for scheduled appointments.
