I had a great experience at this clinic. I’m visiting Hong Kong from North America and was searching for a unique treatment to HK, tried their ROSS treatment and was really blown away by the results. Thank you !
Came here for my partner to get profhilo after visiting their Central location for Profhilo and whoops, they knew we were coming for profhilo, then when we arrive they say they are out. That was a problem as he seemed remotely competent, and this clinic was NOT. It was a weird and off-putting experience all around, with VERY negative and long lasting consequences. Also very inconvenient, you walk through a tacky mall (extensively, to multiple floors and elevators, the entire thing was off-putting and had we not been accompanied by a staff member, we'd never have found it, its almost like a back office), and very unskilled staff. My partner has done profhilo MANY times and never had issues. Here, she left with massive bumps, which she only JUST got dissolved yet again by her Manhattan plastic surgeon in December after multiple other goes over the last near year since they ruined her neck. They offered no apology, no refund, and blocked my number when I contacted them to complain, with photographic evidence. It goes far beyond this, but to keep it simple and brief. Honestly very disturbing.

I have been coming to high society skin clinic for years. The staff are all super professional, absolutely amazing and accommodating to my needs. The treatments are all superb and work super well. The staff would never push or force you to get the package, they would listen to your needs and give suggestions accordingly. I have thoroughly loved and enjoyed all my visits to high society skin.
