I went there for a spa treatment that day; the package included access to the spa facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym, and the environment was very comfortable. The reception staff were polite and friendly, and the spa therapists were very professional. Must come back again!
I really enjoyed my day at Chuan Spa. Chilling by the pool before my treatment started was so relaxing, and the therapist was very friendly. The reception team gave me such a warm welcome with sweet smiles; I will definitely be back again in the future
I rate this about a 3.5 as the place was decently nice, the staff was friendly, and the view was pretty but this was meant to be a special experience for my sister and I for her birthday and throughout my massage my masseuse kept burping??? I counted 20+ and was extremely uncomfortable as I didn’t know what to possibly say in this silent environment. Afterwards my sister told me she was laughing because she thought it was me so we did have a chuckle but not exactly the memory I was hoping for with the overall experience!
Came here on Mid-Autumn Festival Night and the place was busy of course. Although the spa was almost completely booked up, they were able to squeeze me in. My therapist, Sandy, was lovely. She provided top top service. The place was clean and very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt the bathroom was outdated and because the facial was not the best I have ever had. The massage was top notch though so ai would definitely come back for that. Service here from when I got there to when I left was perfect.
Our favourite spa in Hong Kong. The pool is small but lovely, they have three different gym areas, one for stretching and weights, one for pilates / yoga and one with all the machines. The views are spectacular. The spa itself is great, wide range of different treatments and the masseuses are proffesional and amicable. My only criticism is that the pool bar is woefully understocked meaning its difficult to get any food! Other than that Its expensive but worth it, 9/10 from me!
