No. Just…no. Bad customer service, bad haircut, can’t even have a basic trim, better off going to Shenzhen for a cut

I had an amazing haircut by a stylist named Paul. He gave my hair a cleaner and more styled professional look. The place is located in the Yau shing commercial building on the 10th floor. It was a bit difficult to find the place. They accept credit cards. I’ll be back the next time I am in town.
During the same visit, my daughter and I had very different experiences with two hairstylists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Billy was amazing — very attentive, listened carefully, and cut exactly as requested. The result looks great. ⭐️ Sunny was very disappointing. My daughter had initially asked for a slight trim (about 2cm), but he gave a judgy look and told her it should be cut shorter. Later on, she and Sunny had agreed to trim about 5cm, but he ended up cutting around 15cm. She had also asked for long layers, which were not achieved at the end and looked nothing like the pictures she provided him. She had showed Sunny several photos of how she wanted her hair (length & cut), which he dismissed and barely looked at, making the overall interaction unfriendly as well.
